Our unit is committed to the following principles as part of its quality policy:

Adopting an approach that fully meets the needs and expectations of faculty members, students, and other staff throughout the entire education and training process.
Enhancing the quality of distance education activities by closely following technological developments and implementing them whenever possible.
Acting collaboratively as a unit, sharing knowledge and experience, and striving for the acquisition of 21st-century skills.
Serving as a model unit for both our university and our city while maintaining communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Valuing and engaging in activities related to education, teaching, research, and development.
Maintaining communication with the personnel served and initiating new projects based on received feedback.
Supporting individuals in acquiring the necessary competencies required by society and organizing training programs accordingly.
